Windmill Viewpoint is a magical place to visit in Phuket for adventurous travelers and a romantic place for couples.
Apart from all the mind-blowing viewpoints in Phuket, this one is exceptional.
From my perspective, I’m not a big fan of viewpoints, and I think they are not worth the time I can spend somewhere else.
But, when I decided to go there, it changed my whole point of view.

Windmill Viewpoint Review
On the way to Windmill, I was looking around seeing nothing interesting until I started going uphill which is very high.
To be honest, I was a little bit scared at first until this wonderful view showed up.
It looked like a masterpiece by Van Gogh
Oh my god, when you go there you will be shocked by the beauty of the views all the way around.
Starting from high green mountains, beautiful turquoise water, white boats everywhere, and birds flying around.
And by the way, you won’t see a lot of people at the top.
Maybe you will only find five or six people sitting around taking pictures or just staring at this miraculous view.
How to get to Windmill
Getting to the viewpoint is way too easy by car, but I’ve also seen many people go there by motorbike.
So, you are free to choose the way you like most.
But, what I won’t recommend is going there with a tour guide or a company that will make your trip a nightmare.
I’ve seen a lot of people who complain about driver’s behavior hundreds of times.
So, if you’re like me and you love to have the freedom to go wherever you want whenever you want, then do it on your own.

You’ve enjoyed the view and took some cool shots to post on Instagram, now what?!
Now comes the fun part…
As you go downhill you will see a beautiful hidden beach on your right side; it’s an open area where you can swim and have fun.
You can catch crab in there hidden between the rocks, and also enjoy a massive amount of colorful fish some right next to you.
And if you’re hungry and want a bite, you can go to the seafood restaurant on the other side of the beach.
